How can I place an order?

You can place an order by clicking on the “Our Products” option and then choosing the type of coffee you want to purchase. Please enter the details such as your name, address, contact details, and quantity you want to purchase at the time of order placement. After clicking on “Place an Order” you would be redirected to the payment page. You can choose the payment method and follow the steps to make the payment. Once the payment is made, an order confirmation with an order number and the details of the product shall be sent to you at your registered email address. We may also send an SMS on your registered mobile number.

I have made the payment but I did not receive a confirmation of order placement. What should I do?

Please check your spam folder. Sometimes, our emails may be categorized as spam by your email services provider. In the event, you do not receive any confirmation within one hour, please contact us.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, you can cancel an order by clicking on “Cancel Order” option. You can also request us to accept the return of an unopened bag of coffee within 3 business days of its delivery. Please note that we do not accept the return of an opened or damaged box (please read our return policy).

Can I change my address after placing an order?

You cannot change your address once an order has been placed. However, you can cancel the existing order and replace it with a new one with your current address. If you place a new order, you would be required to make a fresh payment, and the last payment shall be refunded back to your debit/credit card.

Do you deliver to my address?

Currently, we deliver anywhere across the United States of America.

What is the expected delivery time of the product?

The expected delivery time is displayed at the time of placing an order. You can also check the expected delivery time on the order placement confirmation sent to you at your email address.

Do you have free shipping option?

Currently, we do not have a free shipping option as our business is comparatively new and we have to take care of fund outflows. However, we wish to introduce free shipping on bulk purchases. In the event, we adopt a policy of free shipping, the relevant details shall be displayed to the users at the time of order placement.

Can I choose a shipping date?

Yes, we allow our users to choose a specific shipping date. However, it cannot be less than 7 business days or more than 60 business days in any event.

Can I change the shipping date?

Yes, you can change a shipping date by writing to us at info@copacabanacoffee.com and sharing the relevant details such as order number, old shipping date, and revised shipping date. Please note that a request to change the shipping date shall be accepted only in the event it is provided 5 business days before the old shipping date.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) option available?

As of now, we do not have a Cash on Delivery option. All the payments have to be made in advance through the payment gateway available on the website.

Can I use PayPal to make the payment?

Yes, you can use PayPal to make the payment.

Which debit/credit cards do you accept?

We accept all debit and credit cards issued by licensed American banks. You can also make the payment using internet banking in the event you do not wish to use your cards.

I had returned the product. When can I expect a refund?

Processing a refund may take a maximum of 15 business days. In certain circumstances, we may take more than 15 business days to process a refund. However, we always try to ensure it is processed as soon as possible.

Do you offer a discount?

The details related to discount is provided on the website at the time of placing an order. Certain discounts are available to the users as part of our loyalty program. Such users are issued with discount coupons which may be availed at our website.

How much time does it take in resolving a dispute?

Keeping the interest of our customers protected is our topmost priority. We try not to let our customers have any such experience which shall give them a chance to raise a ticket (dispute). However, in certain circumstances, when they become unhappy with our services or products, we allow them to raise a dispute through our website. In the event, a ticket is raised, our team gets in touch with the customer to seek further details if required. In general, a dispute is resolved within seven working days, excluding the time taken in processing a refund, and time taken by a courier company in either accepting a return or delivering a product.

Can I reopen a ticket?

Yes, you can reopen a ticket by sending an email at info@copacabanacoffee.com.

Is there GMO in your coffee?

No, Copacabanacoffee does not have GMO in the coffees supplied by it.
